About our Products
We get our crystals from literally all over the world! Some of them are recently mined, some are old stock. If you’d like to know more about where a specific crystal has come from, please feel free to reach out.
This is a very complicated topic and requires some unpacking, especially since what constitutes “ethically sourced” varies depending on who you ask.
The only true way to know crystals are mined in a sustainable, less-destructive way that treats the miners humanely and gives a fair wage, is to work directly with the mines.
We are currently unable to do that, as we’re too small a business to make those worldwide trips. Additionally, some of our stock is purchased through collectors who don’t know how their pieces were mined.
We have virtually toured some of the factories that we work with and are happy to report that the workers are compensated fairly; are all adults; and have proper safety equipment while working.
If you have concerns about a specific crystal or product, feel free to reach out
Some of our crystals are sold where you can pick your own, others are intuitively chosen. Due to sheer quantity, we are unable to pick a specific crystal for you on intuitively chosen listings
Unless otherwise specified, we do! Both Kristen and Remy have extensive backgrounds in multimedia art.
If a product is marked as made by a Native American, that means Remy made it solo. They’re a proud tribal member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. If you’d like more information about this, just send us a message here!
Please note that we don’t currently carve stone. All crystal carvings in our shop have been carved by skilled artisans from around the globe.
While it’s not the core of our business, we are open to custom orders and commissions! Please send us a message describing what you’re looking for, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your order. (Example: You spent $40 and got free shipping. It cost us $10 to ship. You will receive a $30 refund).
Once we receive your item, we will issue you a refund. Please be aware items must be received new and unused, in the same condition they were sold.
Our current handling time is 3-5 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us BEFORE purchase to discuss options and handling times
That’s a good question! First step is to track your package, which you can do here. Your tracking number should have been emailed to you upon shipment.
If your package is marked as “pre transit”, that means one of two things. Either we have created a shipping label for your order but haven’t given it to the USPS yet. Or the USPS has your package, but has failed to scan it in yet (this is very common).
If your package is marked “in transit”, that means it is working its way to you. Don’t be concerned if it takes a weird route. Packages get routed to where they can be processed through the fastest, even if it doesn’t always make geographic sense.
If your package is marked as “delivered”, that means you should have received it. If you haven’t, be sure to check with any family members or other residents at your address. Look around your mailbox, front porch, and surrounding area as the postal carrier may have tried to hide it for safety.
If you still can’t find your delivered package, please call your local post office. They should have GPS records of delivery and be able to help.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked delivered, but we will do our best to help you. Please reach out to us.
We are living through crazy times, my friend. Between a global pandemic, increased volume, politics, and natural disasters, a lot of things are impacting the USPS delivery schedule right now.
You can check the USPS website where they post alerts for any delays currently happening.
If you’ve got a problem with your order, please reach out to us and describe what’s wrong. We’ll get back to you ASAP and work to resolve the issue.
About Crystals
We’re currently working on including information about crystals in a way that is balanced and helpful. Unfortunately, this is taking us some time to research and write on our platforms.
For now, we’re able to provide some assistance picking crystals we think would be good for what you’re wanting to work on. Just reach out, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
In the meantime, there are lots of books about crystal correspondences. Our personal favorites are the Crystal Bibles by Judy Hall.
Whether crystals have healing properties or not is currently a matter of personal belief. Crystal healing has not been proven by traditional science nor Western medicine.
We strongly encourage you to consult with a doctor for medical issues. Some holistic health professionals may have more knowledge to work with you on alternative healing options.
We believe so strongly in this, Moonlit Wilds will not provide medical associations of crystals on any of our platforms. Nothing on our website is ever meant to replace medical or legal advice.
A lot of crystals have multiple names. Some are more geologically based, while others are metaphysical, or trade names. We do our best to include more popular alternatives, but we can’t include them all.
If you’ve got specific questions about one of our crystals, you can always reach out to us.
