Shipping Policies
We charge actual shipping costs. This varies based on the weight of your items, and where you live. This should be calculated for you in your cart.
We offer free shipping for orders over $50.
Currently, we’re shipping orders within 1-4 business days.
We ship via USPS.
Items that weigh less than 13 ounces go via First Class. Items over 13 ounces ship via Priority Mail.
At this time, we’re only able to ship domestically within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
When your order is shipped, you should be emailed a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package on the USPS site.
If your package is marked as “pre transit”, that means one of two things. Either we have created a shipping label for your order but haven’t given it to the USPS yet. Or the USPS has your package, but has failed to scan it in yet (this is very common).
If your package is marked “in transit”, that means it is working its way to you. Don’t be concerned if it takes a weird route. Packages get routed to wherever they can be processed through the fastest, even if it doesn’t always make geographic sense.
We are living through crazy times, my friend. Between recovering from a global pandemic, increased shopping online, politics, and natural disasters, a lot of things are impacting the USPS delivery schedule right now.
You can check the USPS website where they post alerts for any delays currently happening.
If you’re on a tight deadline with your order, please contact us BEFORE you place it. We can advise you on our current shipping schedule, as well as discuss shipping upgrade options such as Express and Overnight.
If your package is marked as “delivered” on tracking, that means you should have received it.
If you haven’t, be sure to check with any family members or other residents at your address. Look around your mailbox, front porch, and surrounding area as the postal carrier may have tried to hide it for safety.
If you still can’t find your delivered package, please call your local post office. They should have GPS records of delivery and be able to help.
Sometimes packages may be prematurely marked as delivered and show up over the next 48 hours.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked delivered, but we will do our best to help you. You can file missing mail forms online at the USPS here. If you suspect porch piracy, please file a police report.
If you supplied the wrong address upon checkout, we cannot be held responsible. If the package gets returned to us, we’ll reach out to you to discuss a refund (minus shipping costs) or shipping to a new address (buyer pays shipping, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping).
We package our products very carefully! Remy’s been shipping things for over 15 years. In the 3,000+ packages we’ve shipped, only a couple have arrived with any damage.
That being said, stuff happens. If something in your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help make it right.

Returns and Refunds
Yes! You can cancel an order, no questions asked, as long as we have not shipped your item yet. Please reach out to us ASAP. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Yes! We accept returns for most items. This includes just because you changed your mind. You don’t even have to tell us why.
If your order is within the return time window, is unused, and in its original condition, it is eligible for a return with some exceptions.
Some items are not eligible for returns for health and/or sanitary reasons. This includes jewelry, bath and beauty products, face masks, and oil blends.
Customized, Personalized, and Specially Ordered items are also ineligible for return.
If you’re unsure if your item qualifies, just reach out to us.
Once you receive your package, you have 30 days to initiate your return.
You MUST contact us before you ship your item back. We will provide you with a return address.
If you ship your order back before contacting us, there may be significant delays in processing your refund, or we may be unable to accept your return.
The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. We highly recommend you send your items back in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely. We also strongly encourage shipping with tracking (which is free via First Class and Priority mail). We don’t guarantee we’ll receive your item once mailed. Tracking provides a proof of receipt.
Refunds will only be given for items that return to us in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order had free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from your refund amount.
We strive to process orders and refunds as fast as we can, but we are a very small business. Please give us 1-3 business days to process your return from the day we receive it.
After we have issued your refund, it may take some time for your bank or card to process it. Please be patient and reach out to them if you have questions.
We currently don’t charge a restocking fee, although this is subject to change in the future.
