Each stone starts as a rough crystal from the earth. Our expert artisans then cut them into shape before polishing them by hand. The polishing process is permanent and natural, accomplished by gently buffing the crystal surface. The result is a crystal with a comforting hand-feel, perfect for placing around your home.

Because our crystals are natural, they may have minor imperfections including cracks, scuffs, uneven finishes, chips, small holes, and remnants of polishing compound. These are normal for real crystal products. We do our best to show these in our photos, but if you are looking for pristine crystal products, our shop may not be for you.

Buying items as personal as crystals through the screen is hard. We get it. That’s why we offer returns on most of our products, no questions asked. Simply contact us to get the proper return address, and ship your item(s) back within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your return in original condition, you will be refunded your purchase amount minus shipping costs. If your item had free shipping, we will deduct our shipping costs from the total. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
