Generational Trauma Healing Beaded Crystal Bracelet - Handmade REMY Collection

We all go through hard things in life, but some more than others. This bracelet is very near and dear to my heart. I designed it after spending half a decade in intensive trauma therapy to address what was done to me as a child.

I needed a tangible reminder that I could always have with me that I am not my past. That I am worthy, and beautiful, and did not deserve what happened. To remember to treat myself kindly and gently. To be patient as I heal, and remember that progress is not linear.

At first, I was going to keep this design for myself. It comes from such a vulnerable part of me. But that's exactly why I decided to share it instead.

I picked crystals that are traditionally associated with self love, growth, resilience, and compassion. But also protection, emotional regulation, and managing inter-generational trauma specifically.

The central bead is a generously-sized Flower Agate oval, flanked with dark Faceted Amethyst; Pyrite in Rhodochrosite; Strawberry Quartz; Rose Quartz; high grade Lepidolite; and Job's Tears.

Job's Tears are also called Cherokee Tears. They're a type of seed that grows naturally with holes that can easily be strung. Legend is this plant sprung forth from the tears of the Tsalagi people as they were brutally forced to relocate on the Trail of Tears. These beads were collected by indigenous people, and I carefully cleaned them by hand.

Some of the crystal beads in this bracelet are vintage, which means we have a very limited supply available. We're currently working on sourcing more, but it's not going well. This design may have to be retired and a second version released. So if you really vibe with this bracelet, get it while you can!

My name is Remy, and I’m a proud two-spirit Tsalagi member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. I’ve been crafting spirit-based jewelry for over 20 years, and studying crystal energy for just as long. Natural Crystals - all crystal beads in this bracelet are genuine gifts from the Earth. They have been carved into rounds, polished, and drilled. All are undyed.

Spacer Beads - Aluminum

Stringing Material - Stainless steel, multi-strand wire with nylon coating. We use this material because it doesn’t degrade over time like traditional elastic. It also doesn’t snap like single-strand wire, or grow brittle like plastics

Lobster Clasp - Stainless steel. We test each one prior to use to make sure they work smoothly

Split Rings - Stainless steel. Standard jump rings are prone to warping, leading to missing clasps and broken jewelry. Split rings are designed like the rings on keychains - they’re incredibly sturdy

Adjustable Chain - Stainless steel. We use a soldered chain, so each and every link is solid and unbending

Brand Tag - Engraved stainless steel. How many times have you fallen in love with a piece of jewelry, only to forget who made it and can’t find their work again? Our tags serve as a subtle reminder

PLEASE NOTE: Crystals are a natural material, and each one is unique. Your bracelet will be similar to those in the photos, but not identical. Depending on crystal type, may have small imperfections. Also size of findings such as lobster clasps may vary.

Buying items as personal as crystals through the screen is hard. We get it. That’s why we offer returns on most of our products, no questions asked. Simply contact us to get the proper return address, and ship your item(s) back within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your return in original condition, you will be refunded your purchase amount minus shipping costs. If your item had free shipping, we will deduct our shipping costs from the total. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
